Before you buy
The Separatist Spider Droid is a classic piece of Star Wars prequel era machinery, brought to life in LEGO form. Released in 2008, this set captures the spindly, menacing look of the droid perfectly, and includes a great selection of minifigures for recreating Clone Wars battles.
This set is perfect for LEGO Star Wars fans who appreciate the Clone Wars era. It's a relatively quick and straightforward build, making it accessible for younger builders, while still offering enough detail to satisfy adult collectors.
Skip this if you're looking for a more complex or challenging build experience. If you want a larger, more detailed droid, consider sets like the Droideka (75000) or a larger scale General Grievous build.
