LEGO® Expert Builder Sets

How to read this plate

1. Each gear is an era of the theme, with more teeth the more sets it holds, from 8 to 40: LEGO's own Technic gear sizes.
2. The gears mesh in the order the eras came, and each turns at its true ratio to the first.

Painted in Expert Builder's own bricks: the colours its parts use far more often than the rest of the catalog does, on Light Gray.

• Yellow 4.0 times as common
• Red 2.2 times as common
• Blue 2.2 times as common
