The Bony Beetle set, while small, has seen a price increase since retirement. As a retired LEGO Super Mario set, it may see further appreciation, especially if the Super Mario theme continues to be popular. Its small size and low piece count limit its potential for significant gains, but the rising price trend indicates some collector interest. The set's value is tied to the broader Super Mario theme, so its performance depends on the continued popularity of the video game franchise and the LEGO line. Be mindful of potential re-releases or similar sets that could impact value.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

This set is a small, inexpensive character pack designed to expand the LEGO Super Mario experience. Compared to larger expansion sets like Bowser's Castle Boss Battle (71369-1), it offers a more affordable entry point. While it lacks the complexity of larger sets, its collectibility and integration with the interactive figures make it appealing to fans of the theme. Consider other character packs for a similar experience.
