The Arctic Exploration Team set is a fantastic little entry point into the LEGO City Arctic theme. It packs a lot of play value into a small package, featuring a snowmobile, husky dog, and three minifigures, making it a perfect starter set or a nice addition to an existing Arctic collection.

This set is perfect for younger LEGO enthusiasts and those looking for a quick and engaging build. With only 70 pieces, it's a great way to introduce kids to the world of LEGO City and inspire imaginative play with the Arctic exploration theme.

Skip this if you're primarily interested in complex builds or large display models. Consider larger Arctic sets like the Arctic Mobile Exploration Base (60195-1) for a more substantial building experience.

Not enough price history for a trend

C+

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Arctic Exploration Team set, while retired, isn't expected to be a huge investment opportunity. Its low piece count and original MSRP limit its potential for significant appreciation. However, the inclusion of the husky dog and the overall popularity of the Arctic theme might make it a decent hold for patient collectors, particularly if kept sealed. Compared to other larger, more detailed sets in the Arctic theme, this one carries less risk but also less potential reward. Consider acquiring it at a reasonable price if you're a theme completist.

Compared to other Arctic sets, 60191-1 is a smaller, more accessible option. Sets like the Arctic Mobile Exploration Base (60195-1) offer a more complex build and greater play features, but come at a higher price point. This set is a good starting point for the Arctic theme, while larger sets provide a more immersive experience.
