60470 Explorers' Arctic Polar Express Train vs 60578 Police Train Heist?

Thinking about picking up one of these. My intent is more to have train specific parts to use in building Mocs rather than to keep it built as-is. Kind of leaning toward the police train bc it looks like there are four cars, as opposed to three cars on the arctic train. This would give me more train wheels and couplers. What are your thoughts?
