A classic Duplo set that's well-regarded for its simple design and play features, though some may find it too basic compared to newer Duplo sets with more complex elements. The inclusion of tubes and a car base is appreciated, but the overall value might be questionable given the low piece count.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Tubular Chest, while a retired set, doesn't have significant investment potential. Its value is primarily sentimental for those who owned it as children or for collectors of vintage Duplo sets. The piece count is relatively low, and there are no particularly rare or exclusive elements that drive up its price. While it may hold some value due to its age, significant appreciation is unlikely. The stable price trend suggests it's not experiencing increased demand.

The Tubular Chest is a basic Duplo set that's comparable to other starter sets like LEGO DUPLO Creative Suitcase (10565-1). While the Creative Suitcase offers a wider variety of bricks, the Tubular Chest provides unique play features with its tubes and car base. Someone might choose this set for its specific play elements and bright colors over the more generic selection in the Creative Suitcase.
