Cannons and Wheels, being a vintage service pack from 1995, holds some appeal for collectors, especially those focused on the classic LEGO era. Its low piece count and original MSRP suggest limited appreciation potential compared to larger, more complex sets. However, the stable price trend indicates a consistent demand, driven by nostalgia and its function as a parts pack. While it may not generate significant returns, its collectibility and unique elements contribute to its long-term value.
