⏳ Retired

The Houses of the World series has proven to be popular, making 40590-1 a potentially good investment. Promotional sets often see value appreciation after retirement, especially those with unique themes and appealing designs. The rising price trend suggests increasing demand. However, its relatively low piece count and availability may limit significant gains. Monitor the secondary market post-retirement.
