Birthday Set

As a retired seasonal set from 2020, the Birthday Set has already shown steady growth on the secondary market, moving from its modest $12.99 MSRP to around $35. While small seasonal sets rarely yield massive investment returns compared to UCS or Modular buildings, its universal appeal as a birthday gift and cake topper keeps consistent demand alive among casual buyers and collectors alike. The low piece count of 141 pieces means it occupies very little storage space, making it easy to hoard a few copies if you stumbled upon them at retail clearance. However, the current aftermarket price already reflects much of its growth potential, so it is better viewed as a fun collectible rather than a serious portfolio asset.
