The 370-1 Police Headquarters holds significant appeal as a vintage LEGO set, particularly for collectors interested in the history of the LEGO brand. Its age and relatively low production numbers compared to modern sets contribute to its increasing value. The presence of printed bricks and complete minifigures further enhances its collectibility. However, condition is paramount; a set in excellent condition with original box and instructions will command a premium. While the price trend is rising, potential buyers should be aware of the risks associated with older sets, such as fading or yellowing of white bricks. The set's historical significance and increasing scarcity suggest solid long-term investment potential.
