Not enough price history for a trend

B+

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Police Headquarters (588-1) holds significant investment potential due to its age, rarity, and the enduring popularity of the Classic Town theme. Complete sets in good condition command high prices on the secondary market, reflecting their desirability among collectors. While the initial MSRP was modest, the current value has appreciated substantially over the decades. However, condition is crucial; sets with original boxes and instructions fetch premium prices. The risk lies in potential market fluctuations and the availability of reproduction instructions or parts that could affect value.
