⏳ Retired

This set is a very strong investment due to its rarity, exclusive minifigures, and the fact that it was a promotional item tied to a specific LEGO store opening. Its value has been steadily increasing, and given its age and limited availability, this trend is likely to continue. While the initial investment is high, the potential for significant appreciation is also high. However, as with all investments, market conditions can change, so careful monitoring is advised.

Compared to other LEGO Store sets, this one is unique because it was a limited-edition promotional item. While larger LEGO Store modulars offer a more extensive building experience, this set's rarity and exclusive minifigures make it a highly desirable collectible. Sets like the LEGO Brand Retail Store (40305-1) offer a more readily available alternative, but lack the unique appeal of this Nashville Grand Opening set.
