This set is unique due to its exclusivity as a grand opening commemorative item. While it shares the LEGO Brand Store theme with larger sets like the LEGO Store (40305-1), its smaller size and limited availability make it a different kind of collectible. Collectors interested in larger, more detailed store models might prefer the official LEGO Store set, but those seeking a rare and historically significant piece will find this Dallas exclusive more appealing.
