Sonic: Speedster Lightning is a thrilling entry-level set into the world of LEGO Sonic. This set perfectly captures the essence of Sonic's high-speed adventures, offering a fun and engaging build experience centered around the iconic blue blur's racing exploits.

This set is perfect for young Sonic fans and LEGO enthusiasts alike. With its accessible piece count and straightforward build, it's an excellent choice for beginners, while still providing enough detail to satisfy older builders and collectors. The playability factor is high, making it ideal for recreating scenes from the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds game or inventing new adventures.

Skip this if you're looking for a more complex or display-focused LEGO experience. This set prioritizes playability and affordability over intricate detail. Consider sets like the Sonic's Green Hill Zone (21331-1) for a larger, more challenging build and display piece.

The Sonic the Hedgehog theme has proven popular, and this set, with its low price point, could see decent returns. Its affordability makes it an easy impulse buy, and if the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds game maintains popularity, demand for this set could increase. However, its small size and piece count mean appreciation may be limited compared to larger, more exclusive sets. Investors should consider buying multiple sets to maximize potential returns.
