Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

Sonic's Speed Sphere Challenge has moderate investment potential. As a licensed theme, it benefits from the popularity of the Sonic franchise. The lower piece count and price point make it accessible to a broader audience, which could drive demand upon retirement. However, its availability and the potential for future Sonic sets may limit significant appreciation. The Sonic minifigure will likely retain some value.

While the price is reasonable, similar sets like 76991-1 offer more pieces and a more complex build. If you prioritize playability and the thrill of launching Sonic, this set is a great choice. If you want a larger, more detailed display piece, consider a different set.
