The Police Station [No Lighted Figure] (7237-2) presents a decent investment opportunity due to its age, retired status, and the enduring popularity of the LEGO City theme. The set's rising price trend indicates growing demand among collectors. While not as iconic as some licensed sets, its complete piece count and good condition can increase its value over time.
