Captain Toad's Camp presents a modest investment opportunity. As part of the popular Super Mario theme, it benefits from a built-in fan base. Its lower price point and piece count make it an accessible entry point for collectors. While it may not skyrocket in value, its collectibility within the Super Mario line should ensure steady appreciation, especially if it becomes a rare or hard-to-find set after retirement. However, its relatively small size and piece count may limit significant price increases.

Captain Toad's Camp offers a more focused character-based experience compared to the larger Super Mario expansion sets that emphasize level building. While those sets offer more complex builds and interactive gameplay, this set provides a charming, self-contained scene featuring a beloved character. It's a great alternative for those who prefer character-driven sets or have limited space.
