⏳ Retired

The Picnic at Mario's House Expansion Set offers moderate investment potential. Its appeal lies in the continued popularity of the Super Mario theme and the set's interactive features. While not a limited edition, its unique elements and potential for integration with larger Super Mario layouts may drive demand after retirement. However, expansion sets generally appreciate less than flagship sets, so expectations should be tempered. The stable price trend suggests it's currently fairly valued.
