⏳ Retiring soon

As a small, retired set, the Police Car (60312-1) has limited investment potential. Its low price point and high production numbers mean it's unlikely to see significant appreciation. However, complete, unopened sets may hold some value for collectors in the long term, especially if kept in pristine condition. Given its accessibility and target audience, appreciation will likely be slow and steady, rather than a rapid spike.
