This set is perfect for children aged 5+ who enjoy imaginative play and vehicle-based scenarios. The build is straightforward and accessible, making it an ideal starter set, and the inclusion of Bob from the LEGO City Adventures TV series adds an extra layer of familiarity and excitement.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Fire Rescue & Police Chase set has moderate investment potential. As a retired set from the popular LEGO City theme, it may see some appreciation over time, especially if kept in mint condition. The inclusion of a character from the LEGO City Adventures TV series could also add to its appeal. However, its relatively low piece count and mass-market availability might limit significant price increases. Investors should consider the storage costs and potential for better returns from larger, more exclusive sets.
