⏳ Retired

The Fishing Boat, while not a massive set, holds some investment potential due to its retired status and the enduring popularity of the Harbor theme. Its small piece count keeps the initial investment low, and complete sets with minifigures in good condition are likely to appreciate modestly over time. However, its relatively common availability and lack of highly unique parts limit significant returns. It is not a high-risk, high-reward investment, but a steady, slow-growth opportunity, especially for those focused on collecting complete Harbor sub-themes.
