Kid - White Torso, Blue Legs, Lime Cap, Yellow Life Vest

This young angler minifigure was released in 2011 as part of the classic LEGO City Harbor subtheme. Dressed for safety and comfort on the open water, the figure features a bright lime green ball cap, short unarticulated blue legs, and a classic yellow safety life vest worn over a detailed white hoodie torso.

While generic City civilian figures rarely drive massive speculative markets, figures like this hold consistent charm for harbor and town layout builders. The combination of the cheerful freckled youth expression, detailed hoodie print with a front pouch and drawstring, and nautical safety gear makes him an ideal background character for bustling marina displays.

For collectors, finding this minifigure complete with its original lime cap and undamaged life vest element is key, as clip accessories and loose neckwear pieces frequently go missing or suffer wear when mixed into general bulk collections.

This specific minifigure configuration is technically exclusive to a single set: the 2011 Fishing Boat (4642). Because the set was retired over a decade ago, finding complete, pristine copies on the secondary market requires seeking out dedicated LEGO City collectors.

However, the underlying parts—such as the short blue legs, freckled child head, and yellow life jacket—were widely used across various LEGO City sets during the early 2010s. This keeps the figure relatively accessible and prevents excessive price inflation.

From an investment perspective, this minifigure offers low potential for significant financial growth. Generic City civilians rarely experience rapid price escalation compared to licensed characters from Star Wars, Super Heroes, or Ninjago.

Its primary value lies in utility for modular town dioramas and waterfront scenes. Values are expected to remain flat or trace mild inflationary increases over time, making it a budget-friendly pickup for diorama creators rather than a high-yield investment target.
