📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

The Shrek, Donkey & Gingy Figures set is a dream come true for DreamWorks fans. Bringing the swamp's most iconic trio into the BrickHeadz line is a brilliant move that perfectly captures their blocky charm and hilarious personalities.

This set is perfect for casual builders and nostalgia-loving millennials. With a quick build time and delightful display value, it makes an excellent desk accessory or pop-culture statement piece.

Skip this if you prefer complex, long-form builds or aren't a fan of the Shrek franchise. At just 259 pieces split across three characters, you might want to look at larger, more challenging Creator 3-in-1 sets instead.

⏳ Current release

BrickHeadz multi-packs featuring highly anticipated licensed characters historically perform exceptionally well on the secondary market. Shrek is a massive pop-culture phenomenon with a multi-generational fanbase, making this set highly desirable post-retirement. Given the low entry price of $24.99 and the inclusion of three beloved characters, this set is primed for solid appreciation. However, because it's a widely available retail set, supply will be high during its shelf life. Investors should look to buy multiple copies near retirement to maximize returns, as the nostalgic appeal of Shrek, Donkey, and Gingy will keep demand high for years to come.
