The Monty Mole & Super Mushroom Expansion Set is a charming addition to the LEGO Super Mario line. It perfectly captures the whimsical and challenging spirit of the classic video game, bringing iconic enemies and power-ups to brick-built life.

This set is perfect for LEGO Super Mario fans looking to expand their courses. The build is straightforward and enjoyable, offering a quick and satisfying experience that integrates seamlessly with other sets in the theme. It's also a great way to add more interactive elements to your Super Mario adventures.

Skip this if you're looking for a standalone LEGO experience. This set is designed to be used in conjunction with the LEGO Mario, Luigi, or Peach starter courses, and may not be as engaging on its own. Consider a larger, more comprehensive Super Mario set like Bowser's Castle if you want a more substantial build.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Monty Mole & Super Mushroom Expansion Set is a retired LEGO Super Mario set, which typically bodes well for investment potential. As a smaller set, its price point was relatively accessible, and its integration with the larger Super Mario ecosystem makes it desirable for collectors completing their collection. The Super Mario theme remains popular, further supporting its potential for value appreciation. However, as an expansion set, its value is somewhat tied to the overall popularity of the LEGO Super Mario line, which could present a risk if interest in the theme wanes. Overall, this set has decent investment potential, especially if purchased close to its original MSRP.
