⏳ Retired

As a promotional mini-model, the Lawnmower (40044-1) has decent investment potential due to its limited availability and nostalgic appeal. While the piece count is low, its status as a retired Monthly Mini Model Build gives it some collectibility. Price trends show a steady increase over time. However, returns will likely be modest compared to larger, more exclusive sets. The low price point also means the risk is minimal.
