Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The LEGO Games theme, while niche, has a dedicated following. City Alarm, being a retired set, is gradually increasing in value. Its low piece count and original MSRP make it an accessible entry point for collectors. However, its long-term investment potential is moderate, as it lacks the widespread appeal of licensed themes or large-scale sets. The rising price trend indicates growing interest, but careful monitoring is advised.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

City Alarm stands out due to its unique blend of building and board game mechanics. Compared to standard LEGO City sets, it offers a different kind of play experience. While sets like the Police Station (60316-1) provide more traditional building and role-playing opportunities, City Alarm focuses on strategic gameplay. Collectors interested in LEGO Games may prefer this set, while those seeking detailed models might opt for larger City sets.
