As a vintage set from 1972, the Police Heliport holds significant appeal for collectors interested in LEGO history. Its relatively low piece count might make it more accessible to acquire compared to larger vintage sets. The set's condition and completeness will heavily influence its value. While it may not offer explosive returns, well-preserved copies could see steady appreciation over time. Be cautious of reproduction boxes or missing parts, which can significantly decrease value.
