⏳ Retired

As a basic Duplo set from 1998, the Small Bucket 2997-1 holds some nostalgic appeal for collectors of vintage LEGO. Its low piece count and common elements mean it's unlikely to command a high price, but complete sets in good condition could see modest appreciation. The presence of a printed figure brick adds a small boost to its collectibility. However, the lack of unique or rare elements limits its investment potential. Keep in mind that Duplo sets generally don't appreciate as much as standard LEGO sets.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

The Small Bucket 2997-1 is a classic Duplo starter set. Compared to modern Duplo sets, it offers a more basic selection of bricks. Newer sets often include more specialized elements and licensed characters. However, this set's simplicity can be an advantage for very young children who are just learning to build. Consider newer Duplo sets with specific themes if your child has particular interests.
