As a vintage Duplo set from 1991, Barney, The Skateboard Bear, holds some appeal for collectors, especially those focused on early LEGO and Duplo sets. Its low piece count and original MSRP mean it won't command top dollar, but its rarity and increasing price trend suggest a steady appreciation. The set's small size and simple design make it an accessible entry point for collectors. However, its value is heavily dependent on condition and the presence of the original packaging.
