As a promotional set tied to a specific event and location, the Grand Opening of the LEGO Store in Lyon has good investment potential. Its limited availability and the appeal to LEGO collectors make it a desirable item on the secondary market. The set's small size and unique minifigures contribute to its collectibility. However, its value may fluctuate based on the overall demand for LEGO promotional items and the condition of the set.
