As a limited-edition exclusive set from a specific grand opening, this set holds strong investment potential. Its rarity and the finite number produced contribute to its desirability among collectors. The value is likely to increase over time, especially if kept in pristine condition with the original packaging. However, the small piece count might limit its appeal to a broader audience, making it more of a niche investment.

This set is unique due to its specific grand opening event. While other LEGO Store sets exist, this one's exclusivity sets it apart. Collectors seeking a similar but readily available experience might consider the LEGO Brand Retail Store (40305-1), but it lacks the same level of rarity and commemorative value.
