Chihkan Tower represents an interesting niche in the secondary market, belonging to regional exclusive or specialized architectural themes that often see limited distribution. With 160 pieces commanding a current price around $121, it trades at a significant premium over standard retail, driven entirely by its collector appeal and scarcity rather than raw part count. As a retired set with localized availability, its value is largely tied to completionists collecting regional architectural wonders. While it lacks the mainstream appeal of massive licensed sets, specialized architectural models often hold steady value among dedicated fans of the theme. Investors should note that liquidity may be lower due to the niche target audience, but downward price risk is minimal given its retired status and scarcity.
