This limited-edition promotional set holds strong investment potential due to its rarity and connection to a specific LEGO Store opening. Its low piece count and small size contribute to its collectibility, making it appealing to LEGO enthusiasts and collectors. The value of such sets tends to increase over time, especially if they are well-preserved and in their original packaging.
