⏳ Retired

The investment potential of this set is moderate. As a retired non-fiction book with a minifigure, it caters to both LEGO and Ninjago collectors. The exclusive Cole minifigure adds some value, but the overall appreciation will likely be gradual. The book's condition will significantly impact its value, so keeping it in good shape is crucial. Compared to larger sets, its appreciation will be limited, but it remains a niche collectible.
