📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

The Jungle Raider is a fun, compact Ninjago vehicle set. This small buggy captures the essence of the Ninjago: Legacy theme, offering a quick build and a cool design that's perfect for younger fans or those looking for a smaller, more affordable Ninjago set.

This set is perfect for kids aged 7+ and Ninjago enthusiasts. The Jungle Raider provides an engaging building experience with a playable vehicle and a Lloyd minifigure, making it a great introduction to the Ninjago world or a nice addition to an existing collection.

Skip this if you're looking for a complex or highly detailed build. The Jungle Raider is relatively simple and small. Consider larger Ninjago sets like the Fire Stone Mech (71720) for a more challenging and intricate experience.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Jungle Raider (71700) presents a modest investment opportunity. As a retired set, its value is likely to gradually increase, especially among Ninjago collectors. Its low piece count and relatively low original MSRP may limit significant appreciation, but the rising price trend suggests growing demand. The set's affordability and playability make it attractive to a broad audience, supporting its potential as a long-term hold. However, larger, more iconic Ninjago sets will likely offer greater returns.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to other small Ninjago sets, the Jungle Raider offers a unique buggy design. While sets like Kai Fighter (71704) provide aerial vehicles, the Jungle Raider focuses on ground-based action. If you prefer a more complex build or a larger vehicle, consider the Fire Stone Mech (71720). However, for a simple and affordable Ninjago vehicle, the Jungle Raider is a solid choice.
