The Ultimate Race Set is a fun, action-packed addition to the Cars LEGO theme. Featuring four iconic characters from the World Grand Prix storyline, this set lets you recreate thrilling race scenes with slammers that launch the cars forward. The inclusion of Lightning McQueen, Max Schnell, Raoul ÇaRoule, and Raoul's pittie makes it a complete racing team in one box.

This set is perfect for younger LEGO builders and fans of the Cars franchise. The build is straightforward and engaging, providing hours of imaginative play. Its compact size makes it easy to display and incorporate into larger LEGO Cars collections.

Skip this if you're looking for a highly complex building experience or a massive display piece. While enjoyable, it's geared towards play rather than intricate detail. Consider the larger Cars character models if you want a more challenging build.

⏳ Retired

The Ultimate Race Set, released in 2012, is a retired set from the popular Cars theme. Its relatively low piece count and original MSRP make it an accessible entry point for collectors. The set's value has been steadily increasing over time, driven by nostalgia and the enduring appeal of the Cars franchise. While not the most spectacular investment, its complete set with minifigures adds to its collectibility. Potential investors should consider the set's condition and completeness when evaluating its investment potential. The rising price trend suggests continued appreciation, especially as the Cars theme maintains its fanbase.
