Before you buy
Rattles (9002-1) is a charming blast from the past for classic LEGO Duplo collectors. Released back in 1986 under the Duplo and Explore banner, this whimsical little set brings together early toddler-focused design with classic primary colors and delightful rolling ball mechanisms.
This set is perfect for vintage LEGO historians and nostalgic parents introducing toddlers to brick history. With a mere 6 pieces featuring duck, fish, and oval rattle designs, it's less about a traditional building experience and more about preserving a piece of 1980s early-childhood toy design.
Skip this if you are looking for a traditional building challenge or modern Duplo play features. Because it's a vintage educational toy from 1986, modern builders looking for complex construction will find nothing to build here, and finding complete sets in pristine condition can be a collector's hunt.
