Before you buy
LEGO Ninjago Kai sets, particularly the mech variations, receive generally neutral reviews from the YouTube community. JANG's LEGO Reviews consistently offers independent, unsponsored reviews, while Bricks By Mind provides early looks at upcoming sets like Kai's Ninja Climber Mech and Dragon Mech Battle Pack. The value proposition, especially regarding piece count versus price, is a recurring point of discussion.
JANG's LEGO Reviews highlights features like knee articulation, waist rotation, and included stands in the Fire Knight Mech, and emphasizes the value of Kai's Dragon Mech Battle Pack. SpitBrix showcases large hauls and mystery boxes featuring Ninjago minifigures, while other channels, like JPL Toy Experience, explore knock-off versions of Ninjago sets, such as Prime Empire minifigures.
