The Combine Harvester is a charming and well-designed set that captures the essence of farm life. Released in 2009 as part of the Farm theme, this set offers a realistic depiction of agricultural machinery with functional elements and a classic LEGO aesthetic.

This set is perfect for younger builders and fans of agricultural vehicles. The build is straightforward and engaging, providing a fun and educational experience with decent display value.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Combine Harvester (7636-1) presents a moderate investment opportunity. As a retired set from 2009, it has already seen some appreciation in value, particularly for sealed copies. The Farm theme, while not as popular as Star Wars or Modular Buildings, has a niche following, which can drive demand. The set's piece count and unique elements contribute to its collectibility. However, its relatively low piece count compared to other sets in a similar price range may limit significant future growth.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to more recent LEGO City farm sets, the Combine Harvester (7636-1) offers a classic, slightly simpler building experience. While newer sets may have more advanced building techniques and updated designs, the 7636-1 has a nostalgic charm and unique parts that appeal to collectors. For those seeking a more detailed and modern farm experience, the newer City farm sets might be preferable, but the Combine Harvester remains a solid choice for its vintage appeal and functional features.
