Fans overwhelmingly praise the creative creature design and fantastic minifigure selection (especially Spider-Ham), though some note the vehicle build feels a bit secondary to the main beast.

📝 Our Take

Venomosaurus Ambush (76151) is one of the wildest and most inventive Marvel mech-creature sets LEGO has ever released. Combining a brick-built, tentacle-sporting dinosaur with Spider-Man's hot rod makes for an instantly memorable shelf piece that stands out from standard superhero vehicles.

This set is perfect for Marvel fans and kids who love dynamic, high-action play features. The 648-piece build comes together relatively quickly, offering an entertaining afternoon assembly with some clever Technic integrations for the dinosaur's snapping jaws and posing limbs.

Skip this if you prefer sleek, comic-accurate displays or traditional vehicles. The stylized dinosaur and quirky Spider-Ham figure lean heavily into a cartoonish, chaotic aesthetic that might not fit every collection.
