Construct-a-Zurg

Construct-a-Zurg occupies a nostalgic niche from the 2010 Toy Story 3 wave, a theme that holds strong secondary market nostalgia for millennial collectors. With an original MSRP of $24.99 and a current market value sitting around $81.05, the set has shown steady appreciation driven by its status as a retired, licensed Disney/Pixar character. However, potential investors should weigh the modest 118-piece count against current secondary pricing. While sealed copies command a solid premium, the relatively niche appeal of the 'construct-a' sub-theme compared to standard minifigure-scale sets means liquidity can be slightly slower. It is a neat novelty piece rather than a blue-chip investment, but it should hold its value well among dedicated Pixar completionists.
