Glinda, Elphaba & Nessarose at Shiz Uni is a charming introduction to the world of Wicked. This set captures a pivotal scene from the musical, bringing the beloved characters to life in LEGO form with surprising detail for its size.

This set is perfect for fans of Wicked, musical theater enthusiasts, and LEGO collectors looking for something a little different. The build is straightforward and enjoyable, making it a great entry point for newer LEGO builders, while the minifigures and display potential will appeal to seasoned collectors.

Skip this if you're looking for a complex build experience or a large playset. With just over 300 pieces, this set is more focused on character representation and display. Consider larger, more intricate LEGO sets from themes like Harry Potter or Disney for a more involved build.

⏳ Retired

As a licensed set from a popular musical, Glinda, Elphaba & Nessarose at Shiz Uni has some potential for appreciation. The low piece count and accessible price point make it an easy impulse buy for fans, but the long-term value will depend on the continued popularity of the Wicked franchise and the scarcity of the minifigures. While not a guaranteed investment, it has a good chance of holding its value or even slightly increasing over time, especially if the set retires soon after the movie is released. Keep in mind that licensed sets can be volatile, so diversification is key.

This set is unique in its theme, as there aren't many LEGO sets directly based on musicals. Compared to other licensed sets in the same price range, such as LEGO Harry Potter or Disney sets, this one offers a more niche appeal. Collectors who are fans of Wicked will likely choose this set over others, while those unfamiliar with the musical might prefer sets based on more widely known franchises.
