📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure is a towering and surprisingly faithful homage to one of cinema's greatest villains. By taking the classic geometry of a standard minifigure and blowing it up to over 11 inches tall, this set captures the unmistakable silhouette of the Dark Lord of the Sith with impressive accuracy.

This set is perfect for Star Wars fans looking for striking, personality-filled desk decor. With over 1,000 pieces mostly dedicated to building a solid, posable core and curving helmet armor, the build offers a fun, slightly unconventional anatomy lesson in LEGO engineering.

Skip this if you are looking for minifigure-scale play sets or traditional dioramas. While it has great display presence, it's ultimately a static display piece rather than a playset, so dedicated display space is a must.

⏳ Current release

The Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure enters a popular sub-theme of character display pieces that typically appeal heavily to adult collectors and casual fans alike. With a solid 1,028 pieces for $99.99, it offers decent baseline value, though character-specific display builds can sometimes see varied post-retirement performance depending on overall Star Wars fatigue. Darth Vader remains the most bankable character in the entire franchise, meaning this set should hold its value well once it eventually leaves shelves.

Similar to other buildable display figures in the Star Wars theme, this set bridges the gap between traditional action figures and brick-built sculptures. It offers a more robust, display-oriented alternative to standard action figures while taking up less space than massive UCS ships.
