📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

Dark Trooper Attack is a thrilling recreation of a pivotal scene from The Mandalorian. This set perfectly captures the tense atmosphere as Luke Skywalker confronts the formidable Dark Troopers, offering both playability and display value for Star Wars fans.

This set is perfect for Star Wars enthusiasts and collectors looking for iconic moments. The build is straightforward, making it accessible for younger builders, while the inclusion of Luke Skywalker and three Dark Troopers adds significant appeal for display and play scenarios.

Skip this if you're seeking a complex, challenging build. While enjoyable, its simplicity might not satisfy advanced builders; consider the Mos Eisley Cantina for a more intricate experience.

📈 Investment Analysis

Not enough price history for a trend

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Dark Trooper Attack set holds moderate investment potential due to its popularity within the Star Wars theme and the inclusion of three Dark Trooper minifigures, which are highly sought after. As a retired set, its value is likely to gradually increase, especially if the Dark Troopers continue to feature prominently in future Star Wars media. However, its relatively small piece count and wide availability during its retail period may limit significant price appreciation. The key risk is that LEGO could release updated Dark Trooper figures in future sets, which could impact the value of the included minifigures.

Compared to larger Star Wars sets, the Dark Trooper Attack offers a more affordable entry point for collecting key characters and recreating specific scenes. While it lacks the complexity and scale of sets like the Imperial Light Cruiser, it provides excellent value for its price, especially considering the inclusion of the Dark Troopers. It serves as a great alternative for fans who want iconic minifigures without investing in a larger, more expensive set.
