📝 Our Take

AI-assisted editorial summary, grounded in our LEGO database and public community discussions. How we use AI

The Tracker I is a solid mid-range Star Wars set from the Freemaker Adventures series. It features a unique tri-wing design and several play features, making it a fun addition to any Star Wars collection. The inclusion of rare minifigures also adds to its appeal.

This set is perfect for Star Wars fans and LEGO enthusiasts looking for a moderately challenging build. The estimated build time is around 4.5 hours, and the finished model is a good size for display. The play features, like the spring-loaded shooters and prison cell, add to the fun.

Skip this if you're not a fan of the Freemaker Adventures series or prefer larger, more complex builds. While a decent set, it might not be as impressive as some of the larger Star Wars models. Consider sets like the X-Wing or Y-Wing for a more iconic ship.

Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Tracker I (75185-1) presents a moderate investment opportunity. As a retired Star Wars set, it benefits from the theme's enduring popularity. The inclusion of exclusive minifigures like Rowan and the M-OC Hunter Droid further enhances its collectibility. However, its mid-range piece count and original MSRP limit its potential for explosive growth. While the price has been rising steadily, potential investors should be aware of the risks associated with fluctuations in the secondary market and the possibility of similar sets being released in the future. Overall, it's a decent investment for patient collectors.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

The Tracker I offers a unique design compared to standard Star Wars ships like X-wings or TIE fighters. While sets like 75172-1 Y-Wing Starfighter offer a more iconic design, the Tracker I's unique tri-wing configuration and exclusive minifigures make it a distinctive addition to a collection. If you prefer classic Star Wars ships, go for the Y-Wing, but if you want something different, the Tracker I is a good choice.

4 Minifigures Included

Imperial Probe Droid - With Stand

B+

The set includes the exclusive Rowan minifigure in a tan jacket and the unique M-OC Hunter Droid, making them valuable additions for collectors. The Emperor Palpatine minifigure is a common variant, but still a welcome addition.
