Investment Grade

⏳ Retired

The Xtreme Tower, while not the most sought-after set, holds some appeal for collectors due to its unique theme and the inclusion of several minifigures. Its relatively low piece count may limit its appreciation potential compared to larger, more intricate sets. However, the nostalgia factor associated with the Island Xtreme Stunts theme could drive demand in the future. The set's age and retirement status already contribute to its value, but careful storage and complete sets with instructions will command the highest prices.
