Land Jet 7, released in 1998, presents a modest investment opportunity due to its age and relative rarity. While not a highly sought-after set, its association with the Extreme Team theme and the presence of two minifigures contribute to its potential for appreciation. The rising price trend suggests growing collector interest. However, its small piece count and lack of unique elements limit its upside potential. Investors should monitor the market closely and consider the set's condition and completeness when evaluating its value.
