The Ice Cream Stall, as a Bricktober exclusive, has some potential for appreciation, but it's not a guaranteed win. Its limited availability gives it an initial boost, but its small size and piece count might limit its long-term appeal. Much of its investment potential will depend on how well the Bricktober series is regarded in the future and whether there are any unique elements that become highly sought after by collectors. Given the relatively low price point, it's a low-risk investment, but also likely a low-reward one. Keeping the set sealed and in mint condition is crucial to maximize any potential return.

Compared to standard LEGO City sets, the Ice Cream Stall is a smaller, more focused build. While sets like the Ice Cream Truck (60253-1) offer more play features and a larger build, the Ice Cream Stall provides a unique, limited-edition charm. Collectors looking for exclusive items might prefer the Stall, while those seeking playability would opt for larger City sets.
