The Cement Mixer is a fantastic addition to any LEGO City construction site. With its realistic features and functional design, it brings the excitement of a real-world construction vehicle to life in LEGO form.

This set is perfect for young builders and LEGO City enthusiasts. The build is engaging without being overly complex, and the play features offer hours of imaginative fun. The inclusion of three minifigures adds to the storytelling possibilities.

Investment Grade

⏳ Current release

The LEGO City theme consistently performs well in the secondary market, making the Cement Mixer a potentially reasonable investment, especially given its attractive price point. The relatively low piece count may limit significant appreciation, but the set's playability and appeal to younger builders should ensure steady demand. Keeping the set sealed and in mint condition is crucial for maximizing potential returns. The set is currently available, so there is little rush to acquire it, but monitoring retirement announcements will be key.

⚖ Compare Similar Sets

Compared to other LEGO City construction vehicles, the Cement Mixer offers a unique play feature with its functional drum. While sets like the LEGO City Excavator (60385-1) provide digging action, the Cement Mixer focuses on concrete pouring, offering a different aspect of construction play. The Cement Mixer is also similarly priced to the LEGO City Great Vehicles line, offering good value and playability.
