⏳ Retiring soon

The LEGO City theme generally holds its value well, and this set's focus on customization could make it appealing to collectors. The relatively low piece count and wide availability might limit significant appreciation. However, the set's playability and potential for expansion within the LEGO City universe could make it a solid, if unspectacular, investment.
